IWS STRONG Small Pumping Stations

Durable pumping stations for compact installations

IWS STRONG small pumping stations are compact, single chamber pumping stations with submersible pumps. They are available in diameters ranging from 700 mm to 1000 mm. They are intended for pumping wastewater, storm water, and drainage water in places where installing gravity-flow piping is not possible or reasonable.

Made of PE-HD (high-density polyethylene), an elastic and durable type of plastic

Strong tank cylinder, made with ring stiffness of at least SN2 (2 kN/m²), to resist mechanical damage during installation and operation

Prevention of wastewater leakage into soil or soil water penetration into the pumping station

MAIN APPLICATIONS

Pumping of waste- and stormwater in places where it is impossible or unfeasible to construct gravity-flow piping

Mainly for private houses or smaller house groups

  1. Compact pumping stations consisting of a collection tank, pumps, their lifting elements, pressure pipes and complete control cabinet.
  2. One submersible pump in each pumping station as a rule.
  3. Option for two submersible pumps in the ID1000 small pumping station, so that it remains operational even during maintenance or breakdown of one pump. Alternate work of pumps, in extreme situations also simultaneous.
  4. Level sensor or float switches for setting the pumping station’s water levels for starting and stopping the pumps.
  5. Option for designing the pumping station’s control cabinet board according to the customer’s needs.
